Andrew came the same day we called and within hours. It took him less than an hour to install the chandelier. He was pleasant and effecient. However, I though for an hour of service it could have been lesss expensive. Thank you!

From the moment I called the the company, the agent was frendly, actually listened, and spelled my name correctly (that never happens) and was reasuring. I then received a called from the office to confirm my appointment and all my details, shortly after. When the technicians arrived, they were super informative, answered all of my queations, made appropriate recommendations (did not try to offer things I did not need), and provided me with an estimate for the work. I decided to move dorward with the project and they did the work in less than 8 hours, and trust me, it was a LOT of work.
