In April 2023 he coordinated and executed the delivery and install on our swim spa and everything went according to plan even though he couldn't physically be there due to unforeseen circumstances. I believe that speaks volumes to the level of professionalism and dedication he has toward his job. He has definitely fostered strong working relationships with all the vendors he uses to the point that even in his absence all moving parts worked effortlessly together. “I will definitely be using griffin services again! Not only did he do what he said he would he also fixed an old relay switch from a previous furnace that had been removed before I purchased my home and duct work that was hanging down causing massive heat and air loss in my basement. When the job was complete he cleaned up and gave me a quote on my google nest doorbell for a very cheap rate that I gladly accepted. He will be my new go to hvac guy from now on. “I called to have a replacement kitchen faucet installed as my old one was leaking badly. Receptionist took my info and said she didn't know when someone could come. 10 minutes later I received a phone call and the young man (Mark---not the owner Mark) called and said I will be there within 15 minutes. Such a nice and knowledgeable young man. Installed my new faucet and was done within an hour. I am VERY pleased!“

“Very Friendly and prompt. I really appreciate them. I thought I had to have my ac replaced. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I was calling for a quote.
