After putting my physical fitness on a back burner for years while raising children, Sarah is helping me to get my strength and flexibility back. She has been very watchful over me, making sure I’m keeping proper form on every single exercise I do, so I don’t injure myself. And somehow, she always discerns what I’m capable of doing…either when I’m trying to do too much or if I’m being a little lazy or fearful. I’m doing things in the gym I haven’t done since I was in my 20s! We also have a lot of fun laughing together! Sarah’s the best!

I’m a former serious athlete and know what it’s like to feel in great shape. Last October I decided that although i could never acheive that same feeling again, I could improve on all areas of my fitness to improve. Having Shawn Zagorce as a trainer has improved my flexibility, my strength and my stamina. I’m 74 years old and I’m proud to say that True Health & Fitness can improve your present physical conditioning no matter what stage you are in your life. The first step is up to you!

I have been going to True Health and Fitness for many years training with Sarah. Everyone there was friendly, encouraging, and supportive right from the start. This isn’t your typical gym where you go in and use boring workout machines. We do a mix of strength training and cardio, while also focusing on proper form and safety. The semi-private sessions are great because it’s always nice to have others around you for motivation. I enjoy learning and challenging myself to see what I can do next. I highly recommend giving it a try.
