“After putting my physical fitness on a back burner for years while raising children, Sarah is helping me to get my strength and flexibility back. She has been very watchful over me, making sure I’m keeping proper form on every single exercise I do, so I don’t injure myself. And somehow, she always discerns what I’m capable of doing…either when I’m trying to do too much or if I’m being a little lazy or fearful. I’m doing things in the gym I haven’t done since I was in my 20s! We also have a lot of fun laughing together! Sarah’s the best!”
