We secured handyman services to scrape and recaulk a walk in shower. John was amazing. He recognized our material was a synthetic surface made by Onyx and needed a proprietary caulking material. Ahava was able to special order the material and it took an extra trip and thankfully the job was completed to a high level of quality. We used SS on several occasions and they always come through.
