3 days after cleaning and some areas of my carpet are still wet. We had great weather all 3 days - all windows in the house have been open. Fan and dehumidifier running in basement. Fan running in the other carpetted area. The moldy smell started yesterday in all areas. We’ve had carpets professionally cleaned before and did not have this problem. Too much water was used or their suction was inadequate or combo of the 2. We may have to have them cleaned again by a reputable company to get rid of the smell. Dave and his assistant were excellent! I was able to get same day service for my carpets. They did an amazing job! I will definitely call them again in the future!Service: General carpet cleaning
