Had a short in the main breaker of my service entrance. Insulation caught fire. The gentleman came out promptly for the emergency call. The breaker I needed was no longer available, but he went above and beyond and was able to repair the original one from my box by adding new parts to the existing main breakers. This saved me the expense of having to replace an otherwise good and newer service entrance over just a bad breaker. He seems to genuinely care about providing good service to the customer while also trying to save them money when possible. Got me all fixed up in a short time. I have used this company for 5 years since I moved to the neighborhood or good. I’m selling my current house and needed some work done post inspection and they came out quickly and did a great job. They’re excellent with communicating about timeline, cost, etc. The work is done well by every technician I’ve dealt with—it’s very clean and thorough. I plan to have them help me out at my new place and have recommended them to many friends and family.
