I had been using a different fuel company for 43 years and was never bowled over by the service. When my oil burner would not work on the first cold weather day this year, I called the old company and was told it would be 10 days or so before my problem could be addressed. I pleaded with the company stating I had just come off Chemotherapy and was rather rundown. I was told I'd have to wait. Normally I would have done so...but in desperation, I got in touch with Rydal Fuel, very, very much to my great satisfaction. My problem was taken care of immediately... Rydal Fuel is very knowledgeable with oil heat, even older systems like mine. (Thank you!) They are very responsive, and I recommend them 100%, especially if you have persistent or troublesome problems with your oil-fueled system. The serviceman that came to my home was efficient, capable, and polite. They are very competent in diagnosing any issues you are having with oil heating.
