Had a 90 min with Allie. She always starts the session with asking questions on how ur feeling and any focus areas. I can tell u I come in stressed and always leave completely relaxed. Definitely my go to massage therapy. Thanks for helping me unwind.

This practice is great. I was having an issue with hamstring cramping. After just one visit and a couple of days later I had 80 percent relief. I just had the second visit and was told to expect 90% or more within a couple more days. Everything was explained well and my questions were answered thoroughly. I highly recommend Live Well.
