They did an amazing job and even took me in when they were overwhelmed and super busy. Which I'm sure lasagna ( the cat) appreciated! I know I did.

They did the best they could to not make him look ridiculous, and then went over and above by dropping him off at my place of business because they were unable to take him right away.

“This place is SO amazing! Our groomer, Jenna, does such a great job! I asked for a “puppy” haircut for our miniature schnauzer but said I still wanted her to have a little beard and eyebrows. She did such a great job and my husband and I keep looking at her and saying how cute she looks since her appointment! Our dog can be VERY temperamental, and I struggle to cut her nails at home. “Providence Animal Hospital, and especially Michelle from Providence, are the BEST! I’m out of the country and my dog was taken to VEG in Philadelphia… I called Michelle and providence to get their opinion on my dog’s condition, and she was the nicest person and did everything she could to help figure out the best plan of care for my dog. It meant so much to me that Michelle genuinely cared that much about my dog and did everything she could to help, unlike some of the people at VEG. Not even kidding, Michelle’s bosses should triple her salary and give her a 3 month paid vacation… SHE IS THE BEST!!!“

“The workers at Pup Play Club are 10/10 lovely, make a lot of room for my dog to be himself and also place safety as their top priority. I felt very at-home there. It is a 100% indoor facility, kept very clean, and my boy came back happy as a clam. Their rates are affordable too!“
