I've been a customer for over a year with monthly massage appointments. The multi-pack options are a great deal and help keep me consistent and schedule the appointments in advance or week of, depending on availability. I love the flexibility it offers. Christa is so professional, kind and always attuned to what is going and how she can help alleviate symptoms either through therapeutic massage or lymphatic drainage massage. I highly recommend! Plus the environment is conveniently located, easy to park, and her studio is private and comfortable.

I visited Frequency today & had the best experience. Christa did an amazing job with my massage & her use of the hot stones felt so relieving to my shoulders. I will definitely be rebooking in the future.
