The service from start to finish was fantastic. Dr. Nardis and Annie were consummate professionals. They were also kind, patient, helpful, and speedy during an ordeal with contact lenses. The doctor even let a daughter look at an eye through the microscope. There is lots of variety on frames, and it can be pricey depending on one's style and like.
I originally went to American Eyewear for my glasses and never had any issues. I tried Lens Crafters because my new insurance wasn't accepted at American Eyewear. Huge mistake. Lens Crafters does not have real eye doctors on staff at the store. They had two attempts to make my glasses correctly and failed. The only place I know of that has a REAL Eye Doctor who knows his trade extremely well on staff is American Eyewear. Not some nondoctor twit that handles the phones, front desk and also acts as the doctor like Lens Crafters. I will never go anywhere else, American Eyewear is the place for me.
my family an I have been going to American Eyewear for several years and we love it. the people are so very nice. they are warm and inviting from the moment you wall in the door till the moment you leave. and it's the warm that's honest not the the fake warm that you can tell they work there and have to be nice. I highly recommend this location.
