“Please tell me how I cannot cancel my order within a less than 24 hour time frame. I realized that after talking me into transition lenses that I didn't need them due to my job. They stated that they could not change nor cancel the order. Seriously? Within a less than 24 hour time frame. That is ridiculous. I don't buy the insurance excuse either. I think it more of a money thing for them. Not recommended.
I am not sure if it was my insurance company calling the office or what happened, but my odder was rectified and when I went to get my glasses, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. I WILL be going back.“
