“I had an emergency where the fan/motor to the furnace wasn't working and we were expecting colder temperatures the following week. They were able to come the next day , ordered the parts for the furnace , and installed my wireless thermostat while they were there. Mike suggested adding a thermostat to my fireplace so, in case the furnace malfunctioned while i was away, the fireplace would kick on if the house temp got to 50 degrees !The office staff was great, the guys that came were pleasant and knew their stuff.
