He replaced my bathroom exhaust fan, and also conducted a 10 point electrical safety evaluation that was offered by the company. He pointed out items that needed some attention and prioritized them (such as updating smoke alarms and installing a carbon monoxide detector). He gave estimates for what the costs would be to have that work done.
