During the recent wind and rain storm and power outages, my generator worked great. When one thing went wrong at night, I experienced an employee at AllPhase Electric come out and help, braving the storm. The problem was in my power box and I got my power back. I understand there were a lot of needs that night and the next couple days. John Phillips, my regular generator expert, also came out the next day when the unusual problem recurred and was of service. I appreciate the responses I got during a time of extreme demand.

I was looking for a specific piece of equipment to be serviced and All Phase, specifically Rich came to do the job when no one else would tackle it. He was professional and knowledgeable and got right to the problem. We’re waiting on a part but I’m confident Rich will get the job done! Also Holly in the office was a dream to work with!

Our power went out and the generator did not start up. It was late at night and temperatures were in the 20s with a wind chill even colder. John Phillips from All Phase came out after hours and during his dinner to save the day. He got the generator fixed and prevented our pipes from freezing. This is wonderful service and we can't thank John enough! Great job!
