Working with service master was really great. They were very responsive and quick to come out. Baird and his team did an awesome job! They were calm and friendly in a time of high stress. Jeff came to pick up equipment and made sure to inspect that the job was dried out! They even wiped up their foot prints before leaving! Definitely recommend.
Servicemaster came out first thing in the morning to start mitigating our flooded basement. They were efficient and helpful. Katie who came to pick up the fans a week later, was lovely and was really talking me down as this was our first flooded basement and we had only owned the house (our first) for a month. I highly recommend for any flood mitigation services.
I had water damage & mold in basement. They did a great job with cleaning area and removing mold. Cleaned up after themselves. Found them to be professional and provided quality service. Would recommend them.
