About Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, previously known as Progress PT, is a network of physical and occupational therapy clinics that aims to provide exceptional care and personalized treatment to its patients. The clinicians at Ivy Rehab are highly skilled and dedicated to helping patients feel their best again. They offer a wide range of treatments and programs, including in-clinic and virtual telehealth appointments, at many convenient locations in PA. Patients have praised the staff at Ivy Rehab for their kindness and attentiveness. They are described as treating patients like family and accommodating their needs. One patient in particular, Jenna, is highlighted for her knowledge, interest in finding the root cause of pain, and diligent work to address the problem and prevent its return. However, there have been some issues with insurance coverage and billing. One patient was told they had no copay and 25 visits, but later received a bill after 15 visits. Ivy Rehab initially said they could not write off the remaining balance due to their contract with the insurance company, but later contacted the patient to come to a mutual agreement. In summary, Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is a business that strives to provide excellent care and personalized treatment to its patients. They have skilled clinicians, including Jenna, who are dedicated to helping patients feel their best. There have been some issues with insurance coverage and billing, but the business has shown a willingness to work with patients to resolve these issues.
Angellica is the best🤪 Everyone that works there are really nice and they take the time to listen and help you along with PT or OT unlike some places i've been where you walk in and they put you on a specific type of equipment and then just leave you there like you're supposed to be a mind reader as what your supposed to do next!
Very comprehensive appraisal of my problem.
Kudos to Meg Gallan.
My therapist Meg Gallen did a wonderful job in discovering what the problems with my legs and knees were and designing a program that will resolve them, I couldn't be more pleased.
