Heritage Pools is a swimming pool construction company with 31 years of experience in the industry. Their philosophy is to "build one pool at a time from start to finish" and they aim to make the construction process comfortable for their customers. They understand that building a new inground swimming pool may be a first-time experience for many clients, so they work closely with each person to create a strong relationship and ensure satisfaction. Their main goals are to build the dream pool the customer envisions, use the best materials and equipment, and provide the necessary pool supplies.
Customers who have worked with Heritage Pools have had very positive experiences. They describe the planning, installation, and service as "fantastic" and "flawless." Compared to previous experiences with larger concrete/gunite pool companies, the process with Heritage Pools was much smoother, with no construction defects. Customers are thrilled with the end result and continue to rely on Heritage Pools for seasonal opening and closing of their pools.
The team at Heritage Pools, led by Al, is highly knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process. They prioritize the customer's needs, even advising against more expensive options that wouldn't be a good fit. Recent reviews highlight their hands-on approach, with Al personally involved in every installation. Many clients choose features like an auto pool cover, which helps keep water warm longer, reduces the need for chemicals, extends the swimming season, and keeps out dirt, bugs, and leaves. The auto cover also enhances safety by preventing neighborhood children from wandering into the pool area. Customers mention that the project was completed professionally and efficiently, crediting Al, the crew, and third-party partners for a job well done. Overall, Heritage Pools is a reliable, customer-focused company that delivers high-quality fiberglass pools and excellent service.
