Engel installed our HVAC unit 8 years ag, and we have been using their service ever since. They are great to work with. Their techs are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. It's easy to schedule and appointment with them and get someone to come out with a day or two. They went above and beyond to help us get a part for our AC when the manufacturer was no help.
I have called on Engel Air for several years now for all my HV/AC needs through the Home Depot. I have not been disappointed with any of their work, service, and the education they provided to me with maintaining my home. These are good, creative, honest people who value doing the best for their customers. I had an emergency just yesterday and they were able to complete the repair (replacement of a worn capacitor) in a timely manner this afternoon and my home is getting cool again. These techs who work for the company are good, friendly people and know their stuff. They will look out for their customers at the length of their professional knowledge. Engel Air did a great job from start to finish for replacing my outdoor and indoor unit! I requested an estimate and Dave came out the very next morning. A few days later we were booked for a replacement. Tj & Chris came out and did a great job and were very nice!
