Steer clear of this company. They refused to repair a leak they’ve known about since their poor installation of a mini-split system 3 years ago. During one of more than 14 service visits when the system failed as a result of the leak, they made such a bad mistake that they broke the entire system, voided the manufacturer’s warranty, and were repeatedly dishonest with us about it (as verified by the manufacturer). Our system has been completely dead for nearly 6 months because of their mistakes and the manager, Josh, only returns my calls when I send him certified mail. When I do get them on the line, all they give us is another excuse. I continue to be shocked that anyone would treat people like this, let alone a paid customer when they clearly screwed up.

Josh owes Daves Auto and Truck Service $1273.56 for repairs to his vehicle. The check bounced and he has yet to repay. We have spoken to him and his office several times to rectify and he claims he will call back but never does . He hasn't paid as of today. Josh, happy to take this down once you Venmo us what you owe us! As agreed this morning when I spoke to you at 755am that you would Venmo in a hour. It’s now 12:11PM. We own 2 homes and we have used them in both places. We had a complete ac and heater system installed in one home and a ductless system in our other. Their continued annual service/maintenance to both our places is outstanding too.I cannot say enough good/positive things about Energy-Star Services Inc. Energy-Star Services installed my radiant floor heat throughout my family room, laundry room and powder room. It’s amazing. My kids love laying on the floor because it’s warm. I also had a ductless installed in my eat in kitchen and garage. Would recommend.

My heater and air conditioning system in my PA home was completely shot. I called Energy-Star Services and a technician came out the same day and I was given a quote later that day. I jumped on it and they came in and installed a new heat and ac system the next day! I thought they were reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Great experience. Quick, timely and fully installed new HVAC a few days before 90 degree weather. Robert was great. So happy to finally have an efficient unit. Old unit was original from when the house was build 27 years ago.
