“We couldn't be happier with this service. First, the company is conveniently located about thirty seconds from our house (a bonus in case of emergency!). Second, someone left a negative review iin 2020 about the owner bringing his son to the jobsite--well guess what? That same son apprenticed with his father since he was a young man, and is now working as a tech for the company and is the one who did the work on our stove this afternoon! He and his colleague were in and out in less than an hour--they were friendly and knew exactly what the problem was. Our old Vermont Castings stove, which hasn't been lit in years, fired right now after they installed the new hardware. We should have done this years ago. Thank you!”
