My husband & I came to the optical department on 2/26/25 for the first time, expecting a good experience, since it's Boscovs. When we walked in Barry looked at us like we didn't belong there. He asked, what do you need? I said my husband has an appointment. He just walked away and a lady walked up and greeted us. She took care of my husband and helped him and told him to look around for his glasses choice. The doctor came to get him for his eye exam, after which she told us her fee of $85.
