“We've been taking our pups to Cleopetra's for a few years after struggling to find a good dog groomer in the area. Our dogs always look great when we pick them up. They're friendly and I appreciate the ease of booking an appointment with them via text message. I would definitely recommend!“

“Hi … long review but please read it to end…here to recommend Malvern Grooms for all your pets grooming needs, they are very professional, attentive, kind, and gentle . I have a one year old shih tzu that we use to groom at home, but one day he dashed out of our front door and was struck by a car! He had a long recovery. Due to his injuries, he had to be crated for 12 weeks, only out for potty, food, and minimal walking. He was in a lot of pain so with all he went through in the hospital stay, and the actual accident, he did not want to be handled and definitely NOT comb. He was VERY matted. That’s where Malvern grooms came into play. He was taken there and I explained my concerns and the accident, I was reassured that they would care for him with LOVE. At pick up I was excited and nervous to hear how it had gone. “He was a great boy!” I was told, as his groomer hugged and kissed on him♥️♥️♥️ my heart was happy and he was happy!! For his next groom I went somewhere else closer to coatesville were I live, absolutely worst tthing I could of done, at drop of things seemed ok, but at pick up the groomers first words to me were “ he needs obedience school! He tried to bite!”
I looked at my dog and instantly my gut was in knots. A bad feeling came over me… and he was half groomed…
? so from now on, no matter the drive or cost, we will be using Malvern grooms!

“As messed up as it is to put a pet down we had to bring our 15 year old beauty maia here because she was not doing good at all i had got quotes from other places trying to scam us and make us pay around 450 for a bunch of unnecessary stuff so i called these guys and they were not only the cheapest hands down they were also the most caring and sympathetic i highly recommend these guys hands down they made it as easy as possible LOVE YOU MAIA THE WHOLE FAMILY MISSES YOU“

“I am so thankful for the wonderful staff and Dr Holmsten. It was a very upsetting time for me to watch my cat of 12 years keep throwing up and lost alot of weight in over the last 3 months. I was told by my previous vet when I called them they couldn't see my cat. So I made 1 call to Animal clinic of Westtown and a very welcoming voice answered and told me to bring my cat in within the hour. I brought my cat in to find she probably has cancer. At which I was talked to about euthanasia. Which I had chose so I didn't have to see her suffer. I will be moving all of my animals from my previous vet to Animal Clinic
of Westtown Village. Definitely the Best staff all the way from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND“

“I can't speak to the boarding/daycare programs, but I've been participating in weekly training classes here for an adult dog we recently adopted. The trainer Joe and his wife Beth are really great at running a structured class and providing support for questions in between classes. I searched through many area programs for a place that would allow my young daughter to attend with me because she is very passionate about dog training. Most places wouldn't allow children to attend. Camp K9 allowed her to attend and even encouraged us to bring family members with us so that everyone in the household is on the same page and reinforcing the same concepts. They have strict rules for keeping everyone safe and the training space under control. Its been a great success for us so far and I highly recommend it. I found the pricing to be fair for the service provided. They are more expensive than a chain pet store program but less expensive than a private trainer who comes to your house. I would gladly choose this program again if I had to do over. I appreciate the little gems of wisdom that the trainers impart even beyond the scheduled class. We've adopted many behavioral expectations into our daily routine beyond the typical sit/stay/down that you will learn in a beginner class. For example, not throwing treats on the ground for the dog so that they don't automatically gobble up anything that hits the floor in the future. Its a small thing, but a great safety tip to prevent avoidable ingestion of hazards.“

My baby, Virgil, is the first dog I've had living on my own as an adult, and Della (the owner) helped me get organized with all the paperwork (licensing, vaccines, etc.) when registering him for daycare after adopting him from a local animal rescue. Staff gives me good feedback on how he does throughout the day, e.g. Virgil had an off day, or was licking certain areas excessively. They (and the other pups there) definitely do a good job getting his energy out, haha.“

“I have been using Dr Perkins and her staff since 1994. We are on our fifth dog. Dr Perkins and the other Drs are knowledgeable in all aspects of pet care. They work with the owners in all aspects of the animals care. I have used the boarding facility's as well I have always been happy with the boarding care as well.“
