Bob was such a nice and honest guy. My previous Bradford White 50 gal electric water heater of 12 years starting leaking from the bottom of the tank. Bob helped me identify an equivalent current model replacement as well as an expansion tank as my old system didn’t have one installed. For the equipment and labor it was a great price. He also installed new shut off valves for the tank and disposed of the old tank. While performing the work he noticed a slow leak under the sink near the main water shut off and fixed that for free. Responsive with fair pricing. Process was super easy. Had a bit of a hiccup with something but they were up front and honest about it and offered several ways to correct the issue. Definitely recommend.
Great Service! Finally decided to call a plumber to fix an ongoing issue and Bob was fantastic! He was able to accommodate us and not only fixed the issue that we called him about, but also another one too! Very friendly and personable, didn't mind explaining the process for us annoying customers who like to learn too!
