“I love going to East Suburban. We've been going here for over 10 years. The doctors are very caring and kind. I always feel like they recommend realistic treatment options. I've tried going to other vets that are closer to me but the prices are in the same ballpark but never the same quality of service. I'd rather drive an extra 20 minutes and go to East Suburban where I know my dog is getting the best advice and care. Not just that but they have great communication skills across the board (phone call, email, and text). I'm very thankful that my animals have been able to go here not just for routine visits but also "emergencies" where we were able to get squeezed into an appointment in the same day.“

“Simply put they saved my babies life. From Karen at the front desk who insisted that I bring her in immediately to Michelle, Angela, Emily and all the techs who took such awesome care of Abby. And that doesn't even touch Dr. Lisa who took so much time to diagnose as do the surgery and all the aftercare that is still going to be required to keep her healthy for the remainder of her life. They took all the time I needed to wrap my head around what was happening. I could see the concern and compassion I the eyes of everyone in the office. Please, take your fur kids here. They will do whatever they can to save them.“

I’ve seen all of the doctors, all of the techs and secretaries, and everyone is caring and will do as much as they can to help the families and their fur babies. Are they pricey? Yes. Do I get the best care here? Absolutely. If the doctors are stumped—they tell you that and work with you, and other vets, to find the most acceptable approach. Humble, fair, compassionate, and all around amazing people. I’ll NEVER go anywhere else!“

“Dr. Bendix is the best!! He really took care of my 18+ year old baby, Lucy. He was able to clip a claw growing into her pad. “Fantastic, amazing experience. We brought our horse in for an apparent colic episode that was not cleared by our regular vet giving her fluids and medicine. Dr Burke was incredibly thorough and detail focused- he wanted to find the cause of her problems and not simply treat them in the short term. Other people have mentioned the cost- and the cost for medicine and treatments for horses are not cheap- but Dr Burke provided a breakdown of every single charge for care, and I have 0 problems with any of them. Horses are expensive but because of him we had a horse who was able to come home to us. Not only that, he knew how she took her medicine the easiest because he spent time and attention on her while she was under their care. I cannot recommend him enough. If you have concerns for cost, discuss them with him beforehand- I found no fault in their care, and their honesty. 10/10 - I will be coming back if anything further should happen for any of my horses- he and his entire team were amazing.“
