Best Vet experience I’ve had with Pippin. I have had very terrible experiences at AVETS and Banfield with my beloved Pippin. The whole staff at the Monroeville Animal Hospital were extremely kind and didn’t act as if Pippin was a dollar sign. He came in for a conjunctivitis case . They treated him with love and kindness and we need more vets like these people! Will definitely make them my primary vet for Pippin. Thank you guys! He got his eye ointment treatment and everything should be smooth sailing from here. :)

Dr. Oster is very straightforward and informative. She answered questions before I even thought of them, and had me comfortable and confident putting my fur babies in her care. She is very pleasant to speak to, incredibly nice, and you can tell that she truly cares about all the animals coming through her doors.The staff is absolutely lovely, pleasant, supportive and helpful, and even sent me an update with a picture of my cat when she came out of surgery to put me at ease and keep me informed of her status.
