“The sump pump they installed quite a few years ago has kept our basement dry...except for a small leak from the opposite side of the basement during an exceptionally heavy rain. They installed a second sump pump on that side of the basement at no charge to us. We.ve had several pumps quit working over the years and every time they came promptly and replaced them under warranty. No complaints!“

“We are new to PA and needed some natural light in our guest bath and laundry room. Sunup was great to work with. They communicated well and completed the work on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were patient while I decided where to create the sun tunnel and we are happy with the finished product. Our only critique is related to dealing with VELUX directly for the solar light lights. We have a defective light and in order to get it replaced, we had to submit a video of the light not working correctly. Not a big deal, but annoying nonetheless. We recommend Sunup, but we don’t necessarily look forward to working with VELUX for any warranty issues.“

“Pioneer installed our heating and air conditioning system when we built our home in 1997. They have been our "go to" hvhc technicians ever since. The entire team, starting with Colleen in the front office, the technicians, and Rick the owner are all professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and communicate well throughout the service experience. We schedule our annual heating and annual air conditioning preventative/routine maintenance services with Colleen. She is courteous and professional, and works to link up our schedules with Rick's availability. Twice a year, Rick checks our furnance and heat pump and together we do what we can to extend the longevity of it. When we decided to replace our hvhc system with a new Trane system, due to age and energy efficiency, Rick gave us a very competitive quote and thoroughly discussed the installation process. The team installed the new system in two days since we decided to change the heat pump location. The installation was clean and well done. Rick and the guys patiently fished lines through the ceiling drywall of our finished basement, used line hide material to neatly cover up the lines in our finished garage, and ran the electrical lines in a clean and neat fashion from the breaker box to the outside units. They carefully drilled the hole through our foundation for the heat pump lines. We went with line hide material for the lines running across the garage ceiling. Rick was willing to work the lines inside the garage drywall but we said no because the line hide material was fine with us - it looks clean and neat....and it's a garage. The previous heat pump location outside was cleaned up - old lines cut and caulked, electrical lines disconnected, concrete slab removed, and all trash picked up.I cannot stress how professional, technically knowledgeable, responsive and courteous the entire team is at Pioneer. I highly recommend them for any and all of your hvhc needs. You will be very pleased.“
“We had two bathroom floors and a tile shower done. The shower and one bathroom had not been professionally cleaned since they were installed 18 years ago. The floors and showers look brand new. The technicians redid some caulking along the glass in the shower which no longer looked nice. The work was completed in less than a week from the time I first requested a quote. The technicians appeared on time, were extremely neat, and worked steadily, but without rushing. The results are great. Both technicians communicated well and left clear instructions on when we could use the shower again and on the best ways to maintain the grout. Great job!“

No issues with the men who came to install the windows. Our old windows were old and drafty, the new ones help keep the rooms at a comfortable temperature.“
