About WM - Lake View Landfill
WM - Lake View Landfill is a comprehensive waste management company serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The company has a dedicated team, with some employees, like Willie, who take pride in their work and provide exceptional customer service. However, some customers have experienced inconsistencies with pickup schedules, delayed services, and difficulties with drop-off processes. Additionally, there may be minimum fees for certain services, and some areas of the facility may require improvement. Despite these issues, WM strives to provide reliable waste management solutions.
I enjoy admiring this "mountain" every time I drive by it, it's very eye catching! It has gained popularity in conversations with my family and friends, it's massive and visible from the lake, recently I've spent a couple of nights at a near by hotel, and I have enjoyed looking out the window to see this landfill, I've driven by it with my family, I genuinely think this is a pretty cool landfill, and super nice workers there too!
WM keeps increasing prices and buys out all the competition. Threw away my personal garbage can and then promised that something would be done to fix it. That never happened. Cannot reimburse any money due to WM bill be combined with water bill. How can you be such a large company and not have the ability to reimburse customers when you throw out their personal cans. I'm not buying the lies. Was told someone would reach out to me multiple times and multiple calls later nothing has been done. What a disappointment.
I’m doing a review to tell how impressed I am with our garbage pick up guy Willie! He’s so personable and such a nice guy! I’ve spoken to him several times and he always has a smile on his face! He takes pride in his job! I know these workers probably don’t get a lot of reviews soI wanted to take the time out to do this. Hiring people like him makes our world a better place!! I don’t know his last name but I’m sure you can track him down by my address! Donation rd! Again please give him some recognition. Thank u for hiring a great guy!!
