They keep breaking my garbage cans and WM won’t do anything about because I have to see them break it. They can never put the can back in the driveway and leave it sitting in the road!!
WM has done an excellent job as our refuse hauler in the past year. The option to receive text and email alerts regarding any changes in service related to holidays or weather has been VERY HELPFUL!
There is a big disconnect between the local service and the customer service line/customer service chat. Everytime a pickup is missed Im told by customer service that my trash wasn't out or that it will be rescheduled for pickup within the next 24-48 hrs. Of course they never come back to get in the 24hours or anytime before the next regular pickup and I have to call back to get a credit. It is a lot of wasted time on the phone for myself and the company.As for holiday schedules sometimes I get an email and sometimes I don't.Pricing is fair and normally service is good, it's just very frustrating to get help or information on a missed pickup.
