I had an emergency with an old feral cat who had injured her eye and had a respiratory infection. Wales practice fit her in quickly and treated her like a queen. When I had to return when she ripped her eye out, they cleaned it, put on a cone and spent time AFTEER they were closed to find me an affordable emergency vet where she could get eye surgery. The office staff and vets were tremendous and the price was much less for her visit and medicines were much less than I expected. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
Dr. Wales, Dr. Bixby, technicians, and staff are always extremely helpful, professional, and kind. They carefully diagnosed and treated my dog’s allergies. The follow-ups and support have been so beneficial. Their expertise, thoroughness, and patience is greatly appreciated.
Paige and the doctor were very patient with my dog Bella and with me to assure Bella was in great hands. Also, they took the time to explain to me about my dogs, anxiety, and nervousness wow she is at the vet.
