I received EXCELLENT service today (as usual) at Hillman Cancer Center in Erie, PA.
My three appointments went smoothly, and everyone was caring and efficient and encouraging.
THEN, when I got dizzy and fell, the nursing staff really went into Angel of Mercy mode!
Thank you to Leah and Annie and several other ladies who surrounded me and attended to me and kept checking on me, and even helped me to my car.

Wonderful Dr.s and staff ..
Dr Rothman is my favorite!!
He was seeing me for the first time and came in my room without a chart . He knew everything about me without having to read it from a sheet of paper. Checking in and out is smooth. Coffee bar is great ! A lot of free parking . Local restaurants in walking distance.

09/14/2023Never had an experience like this scheduling an appointment.Was referred by my doctor back in May, 4 months later not a single call or voicemail.Every time I call and get transferred to new patient scheduling I get an answering machine.Yesterday left them voicemail #4.Even saved the phone number in my phone so it doesn’t get flagged as spam in case I do get a call back. Nothing. My PCP told me to get a hold of the office manager at this point.Update 10/12/2023.After eventually refusing to get off the phone (literally called back to back 6 times and kept getting transferred to voicemail of no return) I was able to speak to someone who got me scheduled.
