As with many others- Doctor Webster is wonderful and the only reason we stayed as long as we did. However the administrative staff is so unbearable we had to transfer offices. The lack of professionalism and care is beyond inadequate. I've never been to a facility that shows such blatant disregard for their patients then here. Appointments get cancelled without any communication then they treat it as if it is your fault. They schedule patients as early as 730 yet don't turn their phones on till 8 so if you have any issues you can't get ahold of anyone despite the staff being present. Dr Webster is great individually. If your kid or baby is sick or not doing normal things this place isn’t for you in the slightest. Rebecca is very crappy and nosey and condescending. Always handing out low income papers when it’s not needed. Telling me my 6 month old eating 6oz of milk and 1 food pouch a day is normal and her being up 2 days straight is normal when it’s not. I can not stress this enough do not take your kid here if you don’t have to. They called ocy on me on a missed appointment they told me I don’t need. As long as your child is healthy and doesn’t require any extra attention, this office might seem fine. But the moment a real medical issue arises, this is absolutely the last place you want to be. Dr. Gyorgak documented in her clinical notes that she informed me of a potential diagnosis for my son—something she NEVER actually discussed with me. No explanation, no educational materials, nothing.
To make matters worse, her notes include a contradictory recommendation that would have caused further harm if I had followed it, given that my son was later officially diagnosed with the condition she NEVER referenced. This kind of negligence is unacceptable.
