Northwest PA Pet Emergency Center

The Northwest PA Pet Emergency Center is a facility that provides urgent care for pets in need. The staff at the center are described as compassionate and caring, dedicated to providing quick and thorough diagnoses. They offer a range of services, including tests and x-rays, to ensure the best possible care for animals, even in difficult situations.

While some customers have noted long wait times, particularly on Sundays or during emergencies, the center emphasizes keeping pet owners updated on their pet's status. They are supportive during end-of-life decisions and allow owners ample time to say goodbye to their pets.

The center is open when other veterinary offices are not, which can be a relief for pet owners in emergency situations. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the high costs associated with the center's services, with one reviewer noting that the testing costs for their sick cat were close to $1,000, even before any treatment was provided.

Despite these concerns, the center is generally well-regarded for its commitment to providing quality care for pets in need.
