Paul was quick, efficient and easy to deal with. He replaced the dishwasher motor that was under warranty, taking care to protect the floor and clean up water that drained during the process. Overall very satisfied with the entire process.

Charles was a great technician. He fixed our problem, and we are greatly pleased with his service. Technician kept us updated with time of arrival via App, which makes it nice!! He was courteous had to order a part. Next appointment he installed the new motor and was done quickly!!

Paul was the ONLY positive part of my experience with Sears! If it wasn't for him, I would prefer to give Sears ZERO stars. In a nutshell, the wrong part for my washing machine was ordered twice. There are NO humans to contact (only AI), so I was stuck in an endless cycle of the AI robot telling me that Paul would contact me when the part was delivered... which was never going to happen. The only thing that got Sears' attention (and a response) was when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau AND filed a dispute with my credit card company. I had no washing machine for 5 weeks.

Paul’s service was great! However I ran into many problems dealing and scheduling service with this company. They kept canceling my appointment the night before! So I was without my oven for 3 weeks! The part was shipped to me the first week, but they continued to have excuses for canceling my appointment
