Brought in a newer laptop for an overheating problem. The problem was diagnosed and quickly fixed. This business does a good job at open communication and transparency with its customers. I do recommend.

My MacBook Screen broke out of nowhere!!! I was in such a panic because I don’t have apple care!!! My dad offered to take my laptop here. I was very nervous because, I saw that they weren’t apple certified…BUT these guys were willing to fix the screen perfectly and they acknowledge that they could only do but so much and they had a resource they could send my laptop to who was apple certified who could fix if it was a more complex problem!These guys were willing to get me help even if they couldn’t do it themselves! They left me very hopeful and I can tell the owner mike LOVES WHAT HE DOES! He takes such good care and time with his clients.Definitely Will recommend...read full review

Decided to try PC Care after dealing with other computer service providers who do not help you understand the issue. Mike was terrific to work with to address battery and speed issues with my computer . Good communication with text updates on the status. Definately recommnend!
