Relaxing environment , always clean. Never an issue with breaks or chips … my nails last. The owner is patient and kind.
I was present for a very rude customer who was berating the owner one day and caused my service to be delayed multiple times. Without prompting, the owner offered me an additional service free of charge for the inconvenience.

Ann is great! So sweet and does a great job. The salon is always clean and quiet, I usually get anxiety at a bustling salon but I love that she is by appointment and tends to not have availability for walk-ins. It makes me feel like she is really focusing on me! And she is always checking in to make sure you like the style / length / etc. I go pretty far out of my way to go to Neon Nails and I will continue to do so. ♥️

I’ve been going here for years and will continue to be a loyal customer. I find that they are the cleanest nail salon in Erie and are fairly priced. Make sure you make an appointment because it’s always busy and there’s only a few employees. Anne is able to do cute designs if you tell her what you’re looking for.
