Motivate Studios is BY FAR the most inclusive, encouraging gym environment I've yet to experience. Alicia has done an incredible job of setting the tone for the culture that is felt the moment you step foot in the doors. Gyms have always felt intimidating, but at Motivate I feel excited and hopeful. I have seen myself reach and set goals that I never thought I could experience, especially in a gym setting. I feel genuinely cared for by my trainer (shoutout to Sam - the literal best ever) and the rest of the staff that I don't even get to personally work with. I cannot recommend Motivate Studios enough.
I am 55 years old and absolutely LOVE Motivate Studios. I have been coming since October and I can honestly say I look forward to working out! The classes are approximately 45 minutes and the personal trainers offer a variety of classes, which I love! Since coming to Motivate, I feel a difference in my overall health and wellness! I'm 10 weeks post-partum and have been attending classes for a few weeks. I. FEEL. GREAT! Don't get me wrong, I have a loooooong way to go, but I make it through each class. That is a win! The positive energy from the trainers and other women makes me want to come back. I'm easing in at my own pace, and the trainers are fully supportive of that. For that reason I look forward to classes because they are short but effective, I don't leave feeling beat down, and they don't take me away from my kids for too long. I highly recommend ♡
