Co/LAB Lending | Erie, Pennsylvania - Mortgage Broker
“A Bit late with this review because I was too busy settling into my new home!!!! When I reached out to Tatiana at Co/Lab I honestly had no idea what I needed to do or that I would even get approved for a mortgage. I started with Tatiana in December and even before we decided to run my credit and start working directly, she took the time over the phone without even knowing me to guide me and also to give me the confidence I needed to accomplish this goal. Working with this company was such a pleasure and literally communicated everything and walked me through everything I needed to become a home owner. She even recommended a real estate agent Damaris that I ended up using. Monica was also of great help, making sure she answered any questions and updates I needed on paperwork. I know it was a lot of hard work but, thank you to everyone at this company for treating me like family during such a hard process. If in doubt, do yourself a favor and ask for Tatiana!”
