A Bit late with this review because I was too busy settling into my new home!!!! When I reached out to Tatiana at Co/Lab I honestly had no idea what I needed to do or that I would even get approved for a mortgage. I started with Tatiana in December and even before we decided to run my credit and start working directly, she took the time over the phone without even knowing me to guide me and also to give me the confidence I needed to accomplish this goal. Getting a commercial loan was a long and difficult process. Sam Sweny and the rest of the crew here were spectacular in guiding me through it, as well as handling all the problems that popped up during the process - and there were MANY. I'm glad they were on my team through the process. They handled a lot of difficult circumstances with a great attitude, and I'm thankful for that.
This review is long overdue, but I just have to say, Eric and Joe were exceptional to work with! They were both very friendly, very attentive and extremely helpful. They made the entire process as less stressful as they could and they were very informative. Eric was able to complete our loan within two weeks, which is pretty great!
