Very disappointing first experience with this office. I called to establish care for my son, who is currently sick, and as a new patient I had several questions about how their system works, how to get the earliest available appointment, and how to see a specific provider.

Instead of receiving guidance, the staff member on the phone was clearly impatient and unprofessional. She sounded frustrated by my questions and at one point responded in a condescending tone, which felt disrespectful and dismissive.

Switched billing procedures without truly explaining what that meant. It means they charge you hundreds of dollars for preventative care. When we asked about it they said, “we had you sign the paperwork”. Ok. Bye

My son is in between schools and I was having an issue with his immunization records. I called the office and spoke with Madison. I explained my situation. Without hesitation, she asked me for the contact information for the person I was communicating with and the situation was handled almost immediately. Madison literally reduced my stress level 100% that day because I am a working parent. I appreciate her more than she will ever know. It's nice that people still do their job. Thank you Madison!!!!
