I have never had a company cancel appointments as much as Milans does. Due to their constant canceling, you can easily go 6 months without a treatment. What was once a highly recommend company, has turned into an unreliable company, who cares more about accepting new clients, instead of hiring enough quality staff, so they dont have to cancel appointments made 3 months in advance.

I am a mother of a 19 year old who is currently a Clint at shadyside Pittsburgh. I was having some issues with appointments and today I called them and talk to Rachel who is usually at Erie location and simply could refuse to handle my situation , but instead she understood the situation and tried her best to find an appointment for my daughter ( which got canceled by someone else ) . She was very patient throughout and I want to say she deserves great care and support from the organization. Words cannot suffice my gratitude for her. Thank you Rachel. I wish you a bright future.

I had my first laser hair removal session and it was a great experience. Alessia and Rachel were both really helpful and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They explained everything clearly and checked in throughout the session, which helped a lot since I was a bit nervous going in. Overall, it was quick, professional, and much easier than I expected. I’d definitely recommend them!
