Needed to have a inside french drains installed. Klein's did that dec 2025. We are very happy with quality, neatness, and efficiency. Our basement has been dry ever since. No wet block or floor or leak. We only had a problem during ground saturation and very hard rain. But it has been tested this past week.

I bought a house in August and my sump pump stopped working, the original guy who put in it ghosted me. My friend suggested to have Klein come look at it so I put a request in and Brian called me the same morning. He came to look at it and replaced it all within a couple of days. I would 100% recommend!

Klein continues to honor/service their work for over 25 years! We moved into a home that Klein installed a French drain system in the basement in the year 2000. We were able to seamlessly transfer the warranty from the previous owner into our names. Brian personally came to our new home and showed us how our system works and gave tips for upkeep. He even walked the outside perimeter of our home to educate us on some improvements that we could do ourselves to prevent water from entering our basement at all.
