The ONLY ones to call as far as I'm concerned. When we had a lock emergency over the New Year's holiday, Joe from Interstate Security was the only one courteous enough to call us back. All the other local Erie,PA guys (referring to the ones who specifically advertise themselves as being available 24/7) were rude and hung up on us. Joe, on the other hand, was kind enough to come on New Year's day. And he did not merely fix/replace the broken knob/lock. He actually IMPROVED the key entry system to our entire home. I expected to pay a premium price, not only for him coming over on a holiday, but doing extra work above and beyond. But he actually charged more than a fair price. And he did an excellent job installing a quality knob to replace the broken one. It is now solid as the Rock of Gibraltar. I highly recommend this business. Thanks again, Joe. Much appreciated.
