The technician was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He listened carefully to what I had to say regarding the air conditioning problem then got right to work. From start to finish my AC repaired in less than 45 minutes! The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent. I will definitely call Great Lakes Heating and Air Conditioning in the future when needed.
