Great Clips was a LIFESAVER today! I normally get my hair done at the salon at Walmart today but they were booked out until about 2p and I was in a time crunch so that wasn't feasible. I called Great Clips to see if I'd be able to be fit in today, and that we're able to confirm and then directed me to checking in once—which was fast and easy! I had a very short wait despite how busy it was when I first walked in, and Melissa was absolutely amazing! She styled my hair for my brother-in-law's wedding today and made me feel absolutely beautiful! Everyone was so friendly and happy to help—I truly think I found my new favorite salon!

Melissa is phenomenal. Theres a very professional atmosphere and the store moves with a precision unlike any other salon I've been to while she's working. She deserves a raise!

I had a walk-in appointment, like I usually do, and got called within 5 minutes of me arriving. Melissa cut my hair and she was very knowledgeable with hair and educated me how I can take better care to manage my hair. She was quick, kind, and personable—great service!!
