Called for an appointment. The staff seemed very unsure of themselves and couldn't answer a simple question of do you accept my insurance? Was finally told they only accept insurance provided by an employer. Nothing from self employed persons who purchase through the marketplace. She didn't seem sure of that answer either.

The doctor didn't keep me waiting very long. Seemed knowledgeable. Fish tank was a nice touch, although I think they need more colorful fish. Maybe some tetras.

This team is awesome. I have been a patient for a number of years and I am treated like family. Thy, my primary PA is extremely thorough with all the exams and she always takes the time to explain and answer any questions I may have. Her attention to detail and proactive approach has proven to be extremely valuable in preventing further complications. These are very caring professionals at this office, you are not a number here.

Excellent care. My appointments are thorough and my questions are answered with care and concern. I have had numerous pre-cancer treatments at this practice and one skin cancer diagnosis for which I was sent to Pittsburgh to have removed. I appreciate the expertise at Dermatology Associates of Erie.

I have always had very good care. I had a skin cancer diagnosis and was sent for a procedure to remove the cancer. I have also had numerous pre-cancer treatments at this practice. My appointments are thorough and all of my questions are answered with great care/concern.
