A Bit late with this review because I was too busy settling into my new home!!!! When I reached out to Tatiana at Co/Lab I honestly had no idea what I needed to do or that I would even get approved for a mortgage. I started with Tatiana in December and even before we decided to run my credit and start working directly, she took the time over the phone without even knowing me to guide me and also to give me the confidence I needed to accomplish this goal. Working with this company was such a pleasure and literally communicated everything and walked me through everything I needed to become a home owner. She even recommended a real estate agent Damaris that I ended up using. Monica was also of great help, making sure she answered any questions and updates I needed on paperwork. I know it was a lot of hard work but, thank you to everyone at this company for treating me like family during such a hard process. If in doubt, do yourself a favor and ask for Tatiana!

Getting a commercial loan was a long and difficult process. Sam Sweny and the rest of the crew here were spectacular in guiding me through it, as well as handling all the problems that popped up during the process - and there were MANY. I'm glad they were on my team through the process. They handled a lot of difficult circumstances with a great attitude, and I'm thankful for that.

This review is long overdue, but I just have to say, Eric and Joe were exceptional to work with! They were both very friendly, very attentive and extremely helpful. They made the entire process as less stressful as they could and they were very informative. Eric was able to complete our loan within two weeks, which is pretty great! Will work with again and highly recommend!!! Thanks for all your help!

They respond quickly to emails and calls. They took their time to explain to me every step. I’m very happy with the final costs and for getting a great interest rate! I cannot express just how glad I am we once again went with Co/LAB Lending for the purchase of our new home. If our first home purchase was a sprint, this one was a marathon.
