Oook. So today I spoke to Cayla and she was excellent. She’s fairly new and did everything that she could possibly do to get me the answers that I needed. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. If she didn’t know the answer, she’d ask until she found it. Overall, I think they worked well as team to my questions answered promptly! Kudos to you Kayla!
I'm very happy with how fast they got me in! I walked in and explained my emergency and they got me worked in quickly for an eye exam...they were extremely busy and everyone was still very efficient and super friendly!! I will definitely be using them as my go to from now on!!
I had an absolutely lovely experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I get bad anxiety and they were so understanding! Holly was very helpful and made the part that gives me most anxiety (insurance) very easy!! Karla was the sweetest and most helpful mother like figure who didn't yell at me for not knowing about proper contact hygiene but educated me and gave me the tools to do better and Cayla was so friendly, easing my anxiety completely away!! I am almost 40 and have been wearing glasses since 4th grade, this is the best experience I've had in all my years. I am most grateful for their hospitality and customer service.
