Everyone there was absolutely amazing! Shanelle and Carla were especially great! Super helpful with everything from the start, they seemed to be very short staffed but that did not hinder how great they were! I think they should all get a raise!!
I have been there twice for my eye care needs. The staff is very polite. They are very helpful and answer and questions you may have.
They have been very helpful with scheduling appointments. I recently stopped by because my frame broke and I couldn’t keep my lens in place.
The two women at the front desk were able to fix it at no cost. I am very grateful because I couldn’t afford new frames at this time.

Most places in Erie offer glasses same day in just a few hours , I wasn’t aware this place takes up to 2 weeks to have them to you . I recently had to go back up due to an issue with my glasses I dealt with Liz and she was amazing , extremely helpful understanding and down to earth , very easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to make things right for people . For that reason I changed my one star rating to a 3 star rating , she was amazing !
