I have lived at Lovell Place, part of Altair Real Estate Services, for about two years now and nothing bad to say about my experience. The staff have met every need from repairs around the apartment, to setting up monthly social events to meet other tenants in the same building. I would highly recommend using Altair for any of your housing needs, and this is coming from a long time Erie resident.
I have been a resident at Lovell Place now for about 6 months, and I have had a fantastic experience. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, great design, and functionality. The management is excellent. They are helpful and respectful. They respond promptly when you need information, assistance, or work orders, and otherwise give you space to live and enjoy your home. The regular promotions for entertainment activities downtown (Otters and Bayhawk games for example) are a great way to meet people and explore what Erie has to offer. I have lived in many different apartment complexes both larger and smaller than Lovell Place, and I have found it to be the best so far!
Altair is employee-focused, especially on improving staff and wellness. They have offered employees blood pressure check programs and yoga. Overall, these activities translate directly to the customer. Great company!
