I love Altair! Angela Weaver and her team provide exceptional service!! My family moved to Erie from out of state (for Erie Insurance) and we stayed in Carriage Hill Apartments, Millcreek, until we decided to purchase a home. Since that time we have referred family and friends (professional couples and singles) who relocate or are from Erie, to ALTAIR, as a FIRST CHOICE! Altair goes above and beyond!!
This review addresses the Hope Drive apartments specifically. These are very basic, small budget apartments for single people. Personally I wouldn’t live here with a partner. For the cost (as of right now) $600 dollars is an okay price. I appreciate being in a safer neighborhood at this cost. HOWEVER- You get what you pay for and I would not pay a penny more for these apartments. Altair likes to hike prices every year without doing any maintenance or upgrades. If they choose to raise the prices again for these apartments specifically I will be moving in with my boyfriend. Be aware you can hear the conversations your neighbors are having at all times.
